DiaPlexQ™ Novel Coronavirus(2019-nCov) Detection Kit is a CE-IVD assay reagent.
It is designed to detect the nucleic acid of novel coronavirus contained in total RNA extracted from blood suspected patients.
The kit is based on Real-Time RT PCR method.
Additional reagent purchase is not needed, as 5 components are equipped required for PCR reaction.
SolGent's OneStep qRT-PCR method performs RT reaction and Real-time PCR amplification reaction sequentially in one tube without separate experiment for RT reaction.
Detection time, cost and sensitivity were improved compared to conventional PCR diagnosis.
